Moved to Tears

I surprised myself today getting up to exercise. I leaned against this big metal file cabinet with my desk right in front, and started moving my limbs and my torso. At one time I started crying -- because I realized that I behave like a toddler around the bed. ...I kept moving for about 20 minutes and had to write this note in my blog. I KNOW THAT whatever is happening with my body, the metamorphosis from within, IS THE DIRECT RESULT OF the energy and treatment administered by Fabyola -- living thousands of miles away! ...I feel that I'm getting younger (as she once told me I would).
